In silver gilt and enamels, a round medal featuring the profile of napoleon with a blue enamel ring, the reverse center is inscribed VALEUR ET DISCIPLINE, an eagle suspension, measures 26. 3 mm (w) x 46. 1 mm (h), marked with a boars head on the eagles wing denoting French manufacture, worn on original yellow and green ribbon, heavy gilt loss and light wear, remains in very fine condition.
