The mirror tilts and the height is adjustable. CREATOR Unknown. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c. 1920 1940. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Copper Plate, Cast Iron. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Mirror has a small area where there is damage to the silver backing. One leg has some damage to the cast iron underneath. The piece is structurally
