Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with a ribbed frame and blue enameled arms, the quadrants joined by radiant silvered sun rays, the obverse bearing a central blue enameled disc overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika within a
