Constructed of weather hardened block cotton, bearing double side central white cotton Sig runes, with a twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire fringe emanating from the lower edge, unmarked, measuring 46. 5 cm (w) x 46. 5 cm (h), the absence of fringes from the left and right sides, in addition to the lack of a means of suspension, indicates that the banner is likely a factory unfinished example of a banner typically suspended
