L'Indomptable 2024 Andre Heucq skin-contact wines from BrumecA fresh, grounded Syrah from stony, high terrace vineyards in Roussillon, farmed organically and worked by hand. Fruit comes from 30 year old vines on north facing slopes, fermented with whole bunches for ten days to keep energy and lift. Aged seven months in neutral oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered with very low sulfur, the wine stays focused on purity, spice, and balance rather than weight.
