It is also useful in gynaecological pain, toothache, headache, pain and swelling in the ear, nose and throat. Directions to use : The recommended dose of joflam is generally 50 mg (1 tablet) taken in 2 to 3 doses a day. Do not exceed 150mg a day (not more than 3 tablets per day). Side effects :
