Poolz 2 2022 Vallée de la Marne After a five-day maceration periodA chillable red blending Pinot Noir from Finnigan Hill in the Chehalem Mountains with Mourvdre from Yakima Valley. Both sites are farmed organically, bringing freshness and clarity to the fruit. Hand harvested grapes undergo whole cluster, semi carbonic maceration for one to two weeks, followed by spontaneous fermentation. The wine is finished with minimal sulfur and no other additions, keeping the profile bright, lifted, and easygoing.
